What happens to your answers
Plainly: what we keep, who sees it and what runs on this site.
When you use the matcher
We save your answers, the shortlist we gave you and, if you typed them, your company name and work email. We keep them so your shortlist has its own link and so Maverick Intelligence, which publishes and pays for this site, can see what teams are looking for.
If you give us your email, Maverick Intelligence may contact you about your shortlist. If you leave it blank, we have no way to contact you.
Anyone with your shortlist link
Your shortlist page shows the ranking and your company name, never your email. Anyone you share the link with can see it.
Analytics on this site
This site runs a visitor analytics script from Letter (lettervisit.com). It counts visits, records conversions such as sending the matcher, and can identify the companies and people behind visits, the same kind of technology this site compares.
